[Terry gets this one...see comments]Those who know us well will have no difficulty figuring out where we went on this road trip. We traveled about 150 West on Interstate 10 and then about 4 or 5 miles South to US 90 where we went just about a tenth of a mile or so East.
So...where did we go?

Exactly, not hard to figure out, huh? To be more specific, we went to the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi. A drive of about 2 hours and 15 minutes (much like driving from the Lehigh Valley to Atlantic City)took us to a casino/hotel that was on the order of the best of 'Vegas casinos. A good portion of the drive looked very much like the Atlantic City Expressway and just like on that on that drive, when within a few miles of our destination, suddenly there were towering hotels on the horizon. There was plenty of evidence of the ravages of Katrina along the way but also evidence of a lot of rebuilding, including a major bridge along Interstate 10.
